Let’s Employ is designed for the Job Seeker to streamline their job search in an easy to use online portal that provides them with the facilities to develop a quality online profile and upload job specific resumes. Job Seekers are also offered Employment Support and Job Search Training at a low cost.

We provide all the tools required to work with your business to ensure your employment needs are met—this includes:

  • Full Account Management of Let’s Employ
    – We set up your account for you and manage all aspects of advertising and employee sourcing
  • Negotiable Job Advertisement packages
    – All advertising on Let’s Employ is negotiable and packages range from $60 for 6 months or you can choose a Subscription Package over 12 months for unlimited adverts
  • Specialist applicant screening support including Role Specific ‘Employment Suitability’ assessments and/or questionnaires
  • Initial applicant contacts and pre-employment assessments
    – We specialise in screening suitable applicants for your advertised role
    – All potential applicants are initially rated against their work capabilities for that sector as provided on their profile/resume and based on:
    Demonstrated Employ-ability Skills and Skills Assessment
    Qualifications / Education / Training specific to the sector
    Experience specific to the sector
    – Applicants must attain a minimum 80% suitability for a role before being recommended to an employer
    – All other applicants rating below 80% will only be considered should there be no suitable applicants above 80%
  • Data Collection—Statistics and Reports

What does our service cost?

Advertising Space: The fee for the services of Career Linker is based on advertising space on the Let’s Employ website. These can be negotiated with our representative at the initial appointment and documented on an ‘Agreement to Engage Services’ pro-forma. Prices vary per Job Post and additional promotional features. The more you buy the less you pay per post.

Brokers Fee: Career Linker will offer negotiations on permanent placements into your business should Career Linker source a suitable applicant and initiate all actions to ensure the applicant is employed by your business. This can be negotiated to suit the business. Casual or Temporary placements will have a set Brokers Fee while permanent placements will be reviewed at the end of a 3 month trial and based on the outcomes of a Performance Review where the Broker will negotiate a bonus payment agreed too at the commencement of the placement and written into the ‘Agreement to Engage Services.’

  • If you provide a Business 2 Business service you can target businesses by selecting the ‘Advertise to Employers’ option.

  • And to market to the general population there is an option that provides you with a broader advertising reach capability under ‘Advertise My Company.’
